Payment Options

We want purchasing from WelshGold.com to feel straightforward, secure and reassuring.

At checkout, customers may choose either to pay 100% of the total amount due or to pay 50% at the time of ordering and the remaining 50% once the piece has been completed and is ready for dispatch.

For international orders, any applicable taxes and duties shown at checkout will be included in the amount due.

Pay in Full

Customers may choose to pay the full amount due at checkout.

Pay a 50% Deposit

Customers may choose to pay 50% of the total amount due at checkout (50% of any applicable taxes and duties will be included in this amount)

The remaining 50% balance will then become payable once your piece has been completed and is ready for dispatch. We will contact you at that stage to arrange payment of the balance before your order is sent.

Secure Online Payment

We accept secure online payments through Stripe.

Stripe supports a range of convenient payment methods, including major credit and debit cards and selected digital wallet services. Available options may vary depending on your location, device, and the payment methods enabled at checkout.

To ensure the exclusivity and availability of our jewellery, we use a two-step payment process:

1. Secure Authorisation: At checkout, you can choose to pay a 50% deposit or 100% of the total. We place a hold on these funds while we verify our gold stock. This will show as 'pending' in your bank.

   
   

2. Order Confirmation: Once our workshop confirms your order can be fulfilled, we finalise the payment and begin crafting your piece. This will take no longer than 7 days.

   
   

3. Final Balance: For 50% deposits, we will send an email for the remaining balance, where you can log in to your online account to complete the order, once your jewellery is complete.

Direct Bank Transfer

In some circumstances, we may also accept payment by direct bank transfer.
