Delivery, Duty and Taxes
Each piece of our jewellery is a handcrafted legacy in the making. We take pride in a delivery process that is as precise and secure as the craftsmanship itself, ensuring your gold arrives safely, wherever you are in the world
Most orders for items featured on our website are completed and delivered within 4–6 weeks of the order being placed.
Certain simpler items, such as plain band rings, may be ready sooner, while more elaborate designs may require longer.
For bespoke commissions not shown on the website, the expected timescale will be advised once the specification of the piece has been agreed.
Delivery is free for our customers in the UK. For our customers who live abroad delivery is charged at cost price and this will be shown in the check-out system. We reserve the right not to export to some countries. Please note that all local taxes and customs charges are payable by the customer and will be displayed in the check-out system before you place your order.
We provide secure delivery both within the UK and internationally using trusted services such as Royal Mail Special Delivery, FedEx, and DHL. Delivery charges are included within your quotation.
For peace of mind, all deliveries are sent fully insured, both in the UK and overseas.
